*Transport in Trinidad can be a little complicated. Therefore, if you feel comfortable driving on the other side of the road, renting a car will make your visit much easier.  US drivers licenses are valid in Trinidad when accompanied by your passport.  Major car rental agencies are on site at Trinidad's only international airport--Piarco International.  Otherwise, a list of taxis will be provided by us.  However, we will be out of range of most taxis much of the time, so if you want to be mobile it will be better to rent a car.
